My First Post

Over the past few months I have been inspired to start a blog. So... no better place than to travel to Iowa City on a beautiful April weekend to visit my brother and sister-in-law who are the blog experts in my life. After a few beers and conversations, the unique blog has been created. The name originated from three of my favorite hobbies... triathlons (and exercise in general), knitting, and music (piano, singing, listening, etc.). This will be the perfect opportunity for me to log my adventures in life.
